How to Set Up and Open Personal Folders in Outlook?

You can set up and open your personal folder in Outlook easily by following the directions given below:

    1. First and foremost step is to right click on the Outlook Icon

    2. Then, select Properties

      b) To your hard drive in “My Documents”

    8. Choose the location where you want to save Personal folder. It would be better to name the folder for the sake of convenience. After you name the folder, it will automatically show the folder name with extension .pst

    9. Next, window will appear before you, accept the defaults and click “OK”

    10. You can view “Personal Folder” in that window
